Sustainable, physician-supervised weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide — clinical care, not a wellness fad.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist — a medication that suppresses appetite and slows gastric emptying — prescribed under full physician supervision at Bespoke Aesthetics. Unlike telehealth-only weight loss services, Dr. Indianos conducts in-person baseline consultations, orders comprehensive metabolic labs (lipid panel, fasting glucose, liver function, kidney markers), and establishes personalized dosing protocols tailored to your body composition and health history.
Typical results with semaglutide are 10–20% body weight loss over 12 weeks under medical supervision. Patients report reduced appetite, improved energy, and sustained weight maintenance when combined with dietary counseling and light-to-moderate physical activity. We prescribe semaglutide (Ozempic equivalent) and monitor closely via telehealth check-ins at weeks 2, 4, 8, and 12.
All medications are compounded at state-licensed 503A pharmacies — Empower, RUSH, Boom RX, and Southend Pharmacy — ensuring pharmaceutical-grade quality and USP 797 compliance. We do not use overseas compounders or unregulated suppliers.
Tirzepatide represents a newer category of weight loss medication: a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist. Research shows tirzepatide produces superior results compared to semaglutide alone — patients typically see 20–25% body weight loss over 12 weeks. Dr. Indianos offers both semaglutide and tirzepatide, with personalized medication selection based on your metabolic profile and health goals.
The dual mechanism of tirzepatide (GIP + GLP-1) makes it particularly effective for patients with metabolic dysfunction or insulin resistance. Like semaglutide, tirzepatide is administered as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection. Bespoke provides injection training, supply coordination, and ongoing metabolic monitoring via telemedicine and in-person follow-ups.
Tirzepatide is available through our 503A pharmacy partners under Dr. Indianos’ prescription. Side effects (nausea, vomiting, constipation) typically subside within 2–3 weeks; we provide dietary modifications and symptom-management strategies throughout.
Bespoke’s medical weight loss program includes far more than medication alone. We integrate:
Weight loss is not a standard outcome — it is a personalized medical condition requiring supervision. Bespoke’s approach treats obesity as a metabolic disease, not a cosmetic issue.
Most online weight loss services operate entirely via app or email — no baseline labs, no physician relationship, minimal support. Bespoke Aesthetics is different.
You receive in-person baseline consultation with Dr. Indianos (not a nurse practitioner or app), comprehensive metabolic lab ordering from our Gainesville clinic, medication supervised by a full-time physician on-site, and access to advanced peptide therapy and IV infusion integration. If you experience nausea, need a dose adjustment, or want to add peptide therapy, you speak directly to Dr. Indianos — not a chatbot or call center.
Our clinic is located between Pavlik Orthodontics and Verdex Construction on Newberry Road, Gainesville, serving 13 surrounding cities within 15–45 minute drive time. Telemedicine follow-ups are available for convenience, but initial labs and protocol design happen in-person.
Week 1: in-person consultation with Dr. Indianos. Medical history, current weight/height/body composition, metabolic assessment, lab draw (lipid panel, glucose, insulin, thyroid, liver/kidney).
Week 2: Dr. Indianos reviews labs, establishes personalized protocol (semaglutide vs. tirzepatide vs. combination), reviews injection training, discusses dietary modifications.
Week 3: first medication dose; dietary counseling session (recommended); phone follow-up at 48 hours for side-effect check.
Weeks 4–8: dose escalation per protocol (typically 0.25mg → 0.5mg → 1mg weekly); telemedicine check-in at week 4.
Week 12: in-person follow-up labs, weight check, medication adjustment discussion, dietary coaching refresh.
Months 4–6: ongoing telemedicine and in-person follow-ups, option to add peptide therapy or IV infusion for accelerated results.
Maintenance: once goal weight is reached, transition to maintenance dose (typically 1–2.4mg per week) with quarterly labs and check-ins.
