The Bespoke IV Lounge Experience

Unlike traditional IV bars, Bespoke Aesthetics’ IV infusion lounge is a clinical wellness space supervised by Dr. Indianos, not a day-spa environment. The lounge features comfortable reclining chairs, ambient lighting, and personalized IV protocols based on your health goals.

When you arrive, Dr. Indianos or our medical staff reviews your health history, orders baseline labs (if new to IV therapy), and designs a customized infusion protocol. You recline in a comfortable chair, an IV is inserted (typically forearm), and your personalized nutrient formula is infused over 30–60 minutes. Patients often work, read, meditate, or rest during the infusion.

Common infusions: Myers cocktail (B-complex, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium), NAD+ (cellular energy optimization), high-dose glutathione (antioxidant), and custom formulations tailored to athletic recovery, immune support, longevity goals, or hangover recovery.

All IV medications are compounded at our 503A pharmacy partners, ensuring pharmaceutical-grade quality and safety.

NAD+ IV Therapy, Cellular Energy & Longevity

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme essential for cellular energy production, DNA repair, and metabolic function. NAD+ levels have been observed to decline with age.

The Myers cocktail is a classic IV nutrient blend containing:

  • Vitamin C (500–1500 mg IV), immune support, antioxidant, collagen synthesis

Dr. Carolyn Indianos formulated three signature vitamin drips for Bespoke Aesthetics, each built around a specific wellness goal and delivered in a normal saline base. Every infusion is administered under physician supervision in our IV therapy lounge, a dedicated relaxation room. Most sessions take about 30 minutes. A consultation may be required before your first drip.

Bespoke Energy Boost IV

Designed to support energy, focus, and metabolic performance, pairing a B complex and B12 with magnesium, taurine, and an amino acid blend.

Bespoke Reset IV
