You get direct access to Dr. Carolyn Indianos, a custom protocol that weaves aesthetic medicine + hormone optimization + peptide therapy + recovery science, and the kind of attention that doesn’t fit into a 15-minute injectable visit.

What’s Included

• Annual physician-led plan. Initial 90-minute consult + comprehensive lab work + DEXA referral if indicated. Personalized 12-month aesthetic + wellness roadmap.
• Direct access to Dr. Indianos. Text-level reachability for protocol questions, symptom check-ins, and scheduling. Not a call center.
• Quarterly review visits. Lab review, dose adjustments, treatment cadence, new evidence, and what we’re changing this quarter.
• Bundled aesthetic treatments at preferred concierge pricing — Botox / Dysport / Daxxify, dermal filler, biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse), microneedling + PRP, exosome therapy, medical-grade peels, IV therapy, peptide therapy.
• Wellness suite access — cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, halotherapy — with a recovery cadence designed by Dr. Indianos.
• Compounded medications through state-licensed 503A pharmacy partners (Empower, RUSH, Boom RX, Southend) under USP 797 standards.
• Travel coordination. If you’re between Gainesville, Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville, we coordinate scheduling around your travel and home routine.

How Concierge Differs from Membership

The Bespoke Membership ($249/month) is a recurring product with monthly perks — one signature treatment, weekly recovery access, member pricing on injectables, and a 12-month longevity roadmap. It’s ideal for patients who want consistent aesthetic care with predictable monthly cost.

The Concierge program sits above that — a private, fully bespoke arrangement built around your specific schedule, goals, and complexity. It includes most of what membership includes, plus direct physician access, quarterly executive-style reviews, comprehensive labs, and bundled treatment pricing across the full Bespoke service menu.

What’s Not Included

• Primary care or chronic-disease management — we coordinate with your PCP / specialists, not replace them
• Emergency care
• Out-of-state controlled-substance prescribing (TRT requires Florida in-person)
• Reproductive endocrinology / fertility procedures

How to Begin

Concierge enrollment starts with a 30-minute introductory call to make sure the program is the right fit. If both sides are aligned, we schedule the 90-minute initial consult, draw labs, and design your year-one plan. From there, you have direct access to Dr. Indianos and your custom protocol.
