Biostimulator Injectables in Gainesville, FL

Physician-injected biostimulators — Sculptra, Radiesse, polynucleotides — for collagen-driven, regenerative facial work delivered by Dr. Carolyn Indianos, MD.

Collagen-driven facial restoration

Sculptra, Radiesse, polynucleotides — physician-injected biostimulators for structural restoration and skin-quality remodeling. Always Dr. Indianos, never delegated.

What Are Biostimulators?

Biostimulators are injectable products that don’t add immediate volume the way hyaluronic-acid fillers do. Instead, they trigger your skin’s own collagen and elastin production over weeks to months — producing a slower, longer-lasting, more biological-feeling result. Properly placed, they restore facial structure and skin quality without the “done” look that aggressive filler can produce.

The Biostimulators We Use

Sculptra (Poly-L-Lactic Acid)

Sculptra is the gold-standard collagen biostimulator. It uses poly-L-lactic acid microparticles to drive sustained type I collagen production over 3–6 months. Best suited to overall facial volume restoration, midface/temple replacement, and full collagen rebuilds. Typical course: 2–3 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart. Results last 18–24+ months.

Radiesse (Calcium Hydroxylapatite)

Radiesse uses CaHA microspheres in a gel carrier — offering immediate lift PLUS collagen stimulation. Strong for jawline, chin, hand rejuvenation, and decolletage. Often a one-session product with longer-term collagen benefit. Hyper-diluted Radiesse can also be used as a skinbooster for crepey neck or chest.

Polynucleotides (Salmon DNA Fragments)

DNA-fragment biostimulators that stimulate fibroblast collagen synthesis without volumetric effect. Excellent for under-eye skin quality, periorbital and perioral fine lines, and crepey skin. Read more on the polynucleotide page →

Biostimulators vs. HA Filler

  • HA filler — immediate volume, mechanical effect, reversible with hyaluronidase. Lasts 6–18 months depending on product and zone.
  • Biostimulators — gradual, biological collagen build. Not reversible. Lasts 18–36 months. Best for structural restoration and skin-quality remodeling.
  • Most patients benefit from a layered plan combining both. We sequence them in the right order.

Bespoke’s Approach

Every biostimulator at Bespoke is injected by Dr. Indianos personally. Treatment plans are based on facial assessment, longevity goals, downtime tolerance, and budget. We don’t do delegated biostimulator injections — the technique-sensitivity is too high to hand off. We dilute, place, and post-massage according to FDA-trial protocols and modern clinical updates.

Recovery & Results Timeline

Expect 24–48 hours of mild swelling and possible bruising. With Sculptra, post-treatment massage is critical for the first 5 days (we’ll demonstrate). Visible collagen-mediated change begins around week 4–6 and continues building through 3–6 months per session.

Who Is a Candidate?

  • Adults seeking structural and collagen-driven facial restoration
  • Patients wanting longer-lasting results than HA filler alone
  • Patients comfortable with gradual, biological change rather than immediate volumetric correction
  • No active autoimmune flare, no recent (<2 weeks) other injectables in zone
  • Realistic about timeline (3–6 month build) and the need for a series

"Biostimulators are not delegated work in our clinic. The technique sensitivity is too high — one wrong placement and the result is months of waiting to dissolve naturally."

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about biostimulator injectables at Bespoke.

Different jobs. Sculptra is the global collagen rebuilder — whole-face restoration over a 3-session series. Radiesse offers immediate lift in jawline/chin work plus collagen benefit. Many patients use both at different times for different zones.

No. Unlike HA fillers (reversible with hyaluronidase), biostimulators trigger your own tissue response and cannot be dissolved. This is why technique and patient selection matter enormously.

Sculptra: 18–24+ months. Radiesse: 12–18 months. Polynucleotides: 6–9 months per series. Maintenance touchups extend results.

You’ll see immediate temporary fluid effect (swelling) right after, but your real result builds slowly over 4–12 weeks as collagen synthesis ramps. Patience is part of the plan.

Sculptra: typically 2–3 sessions 4–6 weeks apart. Radiesse: often 1–2 sessions per zone. Polynucleotides: a 2–3 session series.

Yes — layered plans are common. Bespoke sequences treatments to maximize result and minimize total visits. We typically place biostimulators first, then add HA filler or neuromodulators 2–4 weeks later.

Patients with active autoimmune flare, recent same-zone injectables, active skin infection at site, or pregnancy/breastfeeding. We screen carefully at intake.

Sculptra: typically $850–$1,200/vial, with most patients needing 2–4 vials over a series. Radiesse: $700–$1,000/syringe per zone. Polynucleotides: $600–$1,000/session. Bespoke Membership offers per-treatment savings.
