Seen and managed by the physician herself. Not a call-center prescriber.
If you’ve looked into testosterone therapy online, you’ve probably run into the same pattern: a questionnaire, a quick video call with whoever’s on shift, and a prescription that ships to your door. No physical exam. No relationship. No one who actually knows your case if something feels off three months in.
That’s not how it works at Bespoke.
Dr. Carolyn Indianos, MD is board-certified and fellowship-trained in regenerative and aesthetic medicine. She evaluates you directly, reads your own labs, and manages your protocol herself, start to finish. If your dose needs to change, she’s the one who changes it.

What we treat
- Low testosterone
- Low libido and reduced sexual performance
- Persistent fatigue and low energy
- Unwanted weight gain and slow metabolism
- Poor recovery from training or day-to-day life
ED can have many causes, and low testosterone is only one of them. Part of a real physician evaluation is figuring out which of your symptoms testosterone can actually address, and which ones need a different answer. That’s the difference between a prescription and a diagnosis.
How it starts: the physician evaluation
- Initial evaluation, in office. Dr. Indianos reviews your health history, orders labs, and examines you directly before anything is prescribed.
- Labs reviewed by her personally. Not a nurse, not an algorithm. She reads your panel and explains what it means for your case.
- A plan built for you. If testosterone therapy is appropriate, she sets your starting dose and the membership tier that matches your monitoring needs.
New TRT patients begin with an in-office, physician-supervised initial evaluation. Once you’re an established Florida patient, ongoing follow-up and management are available by telehealth.

Why this matters more than it sounds like it should
Testosterone therapy carries fewer risks when it’s properly monitored. Unmonitored therapy is where problems tend to show up. Estradiol that isn’t being tracked, hematocrit that creeps up unnoticed, a dose that was set once and never revisited: these are the actual risks of unsupervised TRT, and they’re exactly what quarterly labs and a physician who reads them are built to catch.
This isn’t a guaranteed fix for every symptom you’re dealing with. It’s a supervised medical protocol, run by a physician who is accountable for your results the way a call center never is.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to come in person to start?
Yes. Your initial evaluation, including labs and a physician exam, happens in office. Established Florida patients can move to telehealth for ongoing follow-up once their protocol is set.
How much does membership cost?
Three tiers: Essential (Call for pricing), Optimized (Call for pricing), and Elite (Call for pricing). Each includes a different level of lab monitoring and add-on therapies. Full breakdown on our membership page.
Will TRT fix erectile dysfunction?
Sometimes, if low testosterone is a contributing factor. ED has many possible causes, so it’s evaluated as one part of your overall workup, not sold as a standalone fix.
