Oxygen Bar Gainesville FL

A wellness experience, not a medical treatment.
What is an Oxygen Bar?
An oxygen bar is a quiet wellness experience. You settle in for a set time and breathe oxygen-enriched air, with an optional aromatherapy scent if you like. There is nothing to do but sit back and rest. It is the kind of appointment that feels like a pause button.
It works well as a calm add-on to a sauna, cold plunge, or red light visit. An oxygen bar session is a relaxing wellness experience, not a medical treatment and not oxygen therapy, and it is not a substitute for oxygen prescribed by a doctor. Recreational oxygen has not been shown to provide health benefits.

What a Session Offers

A real break: 15 to 60 unhurried minutes with no screen to answer and nothing to manage.
A quiet, scented atmosphere: a comfortable seat, an optional aromatherapy scent, and quiet make it an easy place to slow down.
An easy add-on: it fits alongside infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and halotherapy, so you can build a longer wellness visit around it. Call or text and we will help you plan one.
Before your first visit: review the Safety & Considerations below, including when to speak with your own doctor before booking.
What to Expect
Session length: 15 to 60 minutes in a relaxing setting. You sit back, breathe normally, and rest.
How often: there is no required schedule. You can add a session to a sauna or cold plunge visit.
What you'll notice: a quiet seat and, if you choose one, a light aromatherapy scent. Individual experiences vary. If anything feels uncomfortable, tell our team right away.
Combine with: cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, halotherapy. Call or text to plan a longer visit.
Safety & Considerations
An oxygen bar session is a wellness experience. It is not a medical treatment, it is not oxygen therapy, and it does not replace oxygen or any care prescribed by a doctor. If you have COPD, emphysema, or another lung or heart condition, if you use prescribed oxygen, or if you are pregnant, talk with your own doctor before you book. Oxygen makes fire burn faster: no smoking, vaping, candles, or open flame near the session area, and tell us if you have applied oil-based or petroleum-based products to your face. The aromatherapy scent is optional. Tell us before your session if you have asthma, allergies, or sensitivity to scents. If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, short of breath, or unwell, stop and tell our team right away.
