What Are Biostimulators?
Biostimulators are injectables that work differently from hyaluronic-acid fillers. Instead of adding volume right away, they are designed to prompt your skin’s own collagen and elastin production over weeks to months, for a gradual, natural-feeling change. Placed with care, they support facial structure and skin quality without the “done” look patients worry about.
Structural support and better skin quality from one physician who knows your face. Dr. Indianos plans your treatment and injects it herself, every visit, in a private ground-floor suite at 5010 W Newberry Rd, Gainesville.

The Biostimulators We Use
Sculptra (Poly-L-Lactic Acid)
Sculptra is FDA-approved to correct nasolabial folds and other facial wrinkles, including cheek wrinkles. It uses poly-L-lactic acid microparticles that prompt your own collagen over time, and patients choose it for overall facial volume loss and a gradual full-face refresh. Dr. Indianos can also discuss using it for broader midface and temple volume. Typical course: 2 to 3 sessions, 4 to 6 weeks apart. In studies, results have been reported to last up to about two years.
Radiesse (Calcium Hydroxylapatite)
Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) gives you lift in the same visit, plus collagen stimulation that continues afterward. Patients choose it for definition along the jawline and for younger-looking hands, and many need just one or two sessions per area. Dr. Indianos can also discuss it for the chin, décolletage, or, hyper-diluted as a skinbooster, for crepey neck or chest.
Polynucleotides (Salmon DNA Fragments)
Polynucleotide therapy uses purified DNA fragments, typically derived from salmon, intended to support the skin’s own repair environment without adding volume. Patients ask about it for under-eye skin quality, fine lines around the eyes and mouth, and crepey skin. Dr. Indianos reviews candidacy with you at consultation.
Biostimulators vs. HA Filler
Most patients benefit from a layered plan combining both. We sequence them in the right order.
HA filler
Immediate volume, mechanical effect, reversible with hyaluronidase. Lasts 6 to 18 months depending on product and zone.
Biostimulators
A gradual, biological collagen build that works with your own tissue. Because they cannot be dissolved, we build results over several visits. In studies, results have been reported to last well over a year. Best for structural restoration and skin-quality remodeling.
Bespoke’s Approach
- Your plan
Facial assessment
Your plan starts with a facial assessment and an honest conversation about your goals, how much downtime you want, and your budget.
- Treatment day
Placed by Dr. Indianos
She dilutes, places, and massages according to the manufacturer’s protocols and current clinical updates, then follows up with you herself.
- First days
Recovery
Expect mild swelling and possible bruising for 24 to 48 hours. With Sculptra we show you the simple massage routine for the first 5 days before you leave.
- Weeks to months
Results timeline
Collagen-mediated change typically starts to show around weeks 4 to 6 and keeps building over about 3 to 6 months per session.

Every biostimulator at Bespoke is injected by Dr. Indianos personally, start to finish.
We do not hand biostimulator injections off, because technique matters and you deserve the doctor’s hands on your face.
Biostimulators are not delegated work in our clinic. The technique sensitivity is too high, one wrong placement and the result is months of waiting to dissolve naturally.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about biostimulator injectables at Bespoke.
Sculptra vs Radiesse, which is better?
Different jobs. Sculptra is the global collagen rebuilder, whole-face restoration over a 3-session series. Radiesse offers immediate lift in jawline/chin work plus collagen benefit. Many patients use both at different times for different zones.
Are biostimulators reversible?
Biostimulators work with your own tissue response, so they build gradually and cannot be dissolved the way HA fillers can. That is why Dr. Indianos takes a measured approach: careful patient selection, conservative dosing, and results built over several visits.
How long do results last?
Sculptra: 18–24+ months. Radiesse: 12–18 months. Polynucleotides: 6–9 months per series. Maintenance touchups extend results.
Will I look different right away?
You may notice some temporary swelling right after, and it settles within days. Your real result builds gradually over about 4 to 12 weeks as collagen forms. That gradual pace is the point: it is what keeps the change looking natural.
How many sessions do I need?
Sculptra: typically 2–3 sessions 4–6 weeks apart. Radiesse: often 1–2 sessions per zone. Polynucleotides: a 2–3 session series.
Can I combine biostimulators with filler or Botox?
Yes, layered plans are common. Bespoke sequences treatments to maximize result and minimize total visits. We typically place biostimulators first, then add HA filler or neuromodulators 2–4 weeks later.
Who shouldn’t have biostimulators?
Patients with active autoimmune flare, recent same-zone injectables, active skin infection at site, or pregnancy/breastfeeding. We screen carefully at intake.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the product and the length of your series: Sculptra is priced per vial with most patients needing 2 to 4 vials, Radiesse per syringe and treatment zone, and polynucleotides per session. Call or text (352) 450-1004 for current pricing.
