Lab Services by Dr. Indianos

Medical Lab Services in Gainesville, FL

Comprehensive hormone, metabolic, longevity, and peptide-candidacy lab panels — ordered and reviewed by Dr. Carolyn Indianos, MD. The clinical foundation behind every Bespoke protocol.
Lab-Driven Care

Every Protocol Starts with Data.

Bespoke does not begin hormone, peptide, weight-loss, or longevity therapy without baseline labs. Dr. Indianos orders panels personally and reviews results with you. Re-test at 6 weeks, 12 weeks, and quarterly to confirm safety and adjust dose.

Comprehensive Lab Panels at Bespoke

Lab work is the foundation of every Bespoke protocol — hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss, IV therapy, longevity. We do not start treatment without baseline data.

Dr. Indianos orders panels personally and reviews results with you. We use major commercial labs (LabCorp, Quest) for standard panels, plus specialty labs for advanced markers (e.g., hormone metabolites, micronutrients, gut microbiome) when indicated.

Standard Panels We Use

Hormone optimization (women): total + free testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, AM cortisol, TSH/free T3/free T4/reverse T3, sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), prolactin.

Hormone optimization (men): total + free testosterone, estradiol (sensitive assay), DHEA-S, LH, FSH, TSH/free T3/free T4, SHBG, PSA (men >40), prolactin.

Metabolic / weight loss: CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, HbA1c, fasting lipid panel, hsCRP, vitamin D 25-OH, ferritin.

Longevity / peptide candidacy: IGF-1, vitamin B12, homocysteine, hsCRP, ApoB, Lp(a), uric acid, magnesium RBC, omega-3 index (when indicated).

Pre-IV-therapy / pre-NAD+: CBC, CMP, vitamin D, B12, ferritin (to identify deficiencies before infusing).

How Labs Work at Bespoke

  1. Free consultation with Dr. Indianos to define goals.

  3. Draw at our preferred local lab (LabCorp or Quest, your choice). We work with both.
  4. Results review with Dr. Indianos — in person or via secure portal.
  5. Protocol design based on results, symptoms, and your priorities.
  6. Repeat labs at week 6, 12, then quarterly.

Why Cash-Pay Labs Often Beat Insurance

Insurance-billed labs frequently get denied for “medical necessity” on hormone-candidacy and longevity panels (e.g., free testosterone, IGF-1, vitamin D). Bespoke offers transparent cash pricing on bundled panels — often less than the deductible cost via insurance, with no denials, no pre-auths, and no surprise bills.

If you have a high-deductible plan, ask about HSA/FSA-eligible billing. Insurance-eligible labs (TSH, lipid, CMP) can be drawn through your insurance separately when preferred.

Lab work at Bespoke is physician-ordered and physician-reviewed. Dr. Indianos personally interprets your results in context of symptoms and goals — rather than relying on isolated flag systems. The data drives the protocol; the protocol drives the outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about treatment, protocols, and Bespoke’s clinical approach.

Baseline labs identify deficiencies, contraindications, and starting values. Without them, dosing is guesswork and we cannot demonstrate clinical improvement on follow-up. Bespoke does not start hormone or peptide protocols without baseline labs.
Standard cadence is 6 weeks after starting (early adjustment), 12 weeks (stabilization), then quarterly. Some panels (e.g., DEXA, micronutrients) are annual.
Yes for insurance-covered panels (TSH, lipid, CMP). Hormone-optimization and longevity-focused panels (free testosterone, IGF-1, sensitive estradiol) are often denied or coded out by insurance, so we offer transparent cash pricing on bundled optimization panels.
You draw at LabCorp or Quest (your choice) using our requisition. Most patients prefer this for speed, scheduling flexibility, and lower cost.
Yes — established Bespoke patients can do labs review and protocol adjustments via secure telehealth (Florida residents). Initial consultations and any controlled-substance prescriptions require in-person visits.
Bundled hormone or metabolic panels typically run $200–$450 cash, depending on what’s included. Specialty panels (gut microbiome, hormone metabolites, advanced cardiovascular) cost more. We provide a quote before drawing.
