Dr. Indianos uses Botox to soften dynamic expression lines : wrinkles caused by repeated muscle movement : and to subtly reshape facial proportion. Common treatment areas:
Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription neurotoxin that temporarily relaxes specific facial muscles. Done well, it looks like a refreshed version of you. Done poorly, it looks frozen, asymmetric, or droopy. The difference is who holds the syringe.
At many med spas, Botox is delegated to nurse injectors or aestheticians. At Bespoke, every Botox injection is performed by Dr. Carolyn Indianos, MD, fellowship-trained in regenerative and aesthetic medicine, with the medical training to:
Your face deserves a physician’s hand : not a delegated injector working from a generic chart.
Botox is well-suited for adults 25–65 in good general health who want to soften dynamic expression lines or prevent them from setting in. Common reasons patients begin Botox:
Not appropriate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a known sensitivity to botulinum toxin, have an active neuromuscular condition (myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton, ALS), or have an active infection at the planned injection site. Dr. Indianos screens for all contraindications during your consultation.
Step 1 : Consultation (30 min). Dr. Indianos personally reviews your medical history, examines your facial anatomy at rest and in motion, and discusses your goals. You’ll receive a transparent treatment plan with unit count, pricing, and timeline before you commit to anything.
Step 2 : Personalized Plan. Unit count is tailored to your muscle strength and goals : never templated. We discuss conservative vs. fuller dosing and what to expect at the 2-week peak.
Step 3 : Injection (5–10 minutes). Performed by Dr. Indianos personally. Topical numbing or ice is available. Most patients describe the sensation as a quick pinch and return to work the same day.
Step 4 : Results & Follow-up. Softening begins around day 3, peaks at week 2. We schedule a complimentary follow-up at the 2-week mark for optional touch-up if any area needs additional units. Results last 3–4 months on average; with consistent treatment, the underlying muscles relax and many patients can extend intervals over time.

All three are botulinum toxin type A products that relax target muscles : but they differ in onset speed, duration, and diffusion. Dr. Indianos carries all three and matches the right product to each patient and area.
Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA). The most-studied and longest on market. Onset 3–7 days, full effect at 2 weeks. Lasts 3–4 months.
Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA). Faster onset (often 2–3 days). Slightly different diffusion pattern : often preferred for forehead and crow’s feet. Lasts 3–4 months.
Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA). The newest neurotoxin. Longer-lasting (often 6+ months in studies). Onset similar to Botox. Especially valuable for patients who want fewer maintenance visits per year.
During your consultation, Dr. Indianos will recommend the right product based on your area, goals, and history with prior neurotoxins.
Botox is often the first treatment patients try and a foundation that pairs well with:
Botox is FDA-approved for the cosmetic treatment of frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines, and for certain medical uses such as severe underarm sweating. Several popular treatments, including brow lift, lip flip, bunny lines, neck bands, and masseter slimming, are off-label uses: applications a licensed physician may provide based on clinical judgment even though they fall outside the FDA-approved indications. Dr. Indianos will explain which category your treatment falls into, and she will tell you plainly if Botox isn’t the right tool for what you’re trying to achieve.
Common questions about treatment, protocols, and Bespoke’s clinical approach.
Dr. Indianos plans conservative, individualized dosing specifically to soften lines while preserving natural facial movement. The goal is to look rested, not to look like you have had work done. Because everyone’s muscles respond differently, she will refine your dosing over time, and the 2-week follow-up allows adjustments if you want a stronger effect.
